We ship via UPS offering Ground and Second Day Air.
Lula only ships to compliant US States. We cannot currently ship to Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota and Utah. Shipments to Alabama are required to be delivered to an ABC Store.

Adult Signature Requirement
We suggest shipping your order to a business address. State law, as well as UPS policy, requires an adult signature (at least 21 years of age) at the time of delivery for every package of wine. It is the shipper’s responsibility to ensure an adult is available to sign for the shipment at delivery.
Shipments will not be delivered under the following circumstances:
- The recipient is not 21 years of age or older or does not have an acceptable form of ID such as a driver’s license, passport or birth certificate.
- The recipient shows signs of intoxication.
Wine is shipped via UPS, and normally arrives within five business days of placing your order. We track your order and will email you tracking information upon request
Because of wines sensitivity to the temperature variances that can occur during the months June, July, August & September, we generally ship on Mondays to insure delivery by Friday. During periods of high heat we may delay shipping until cooler weather prevails in your area. We may, at times, contact customers to consult on overnight shipping or a holding the shipment back to ensure the integrity of their wines. Will call orders can be placed through our website or by phone and then picked up at the tasting room. Once your order has been processed, you will be contacted by us to confirm your order is ready to pick up. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact us at 707-895-3737.
PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
United States Postal Service regulations restrict us from shipping alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
All sales are final. Should you believe upon initially opening your wine that it may be spoiled please contact us at 707-895-3737 and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
