Summer and a simple salad is always a match made in heaven, but when you throw our 2019 Lula Chardonnay into the mix, it becomes a pairing you don’t want to miss! The ingredients for the salad are easy—grab whatever is fresh and in-season, throw it into a bowl, and drizzle a Champagne Vinaigrette over it all. Our favorite go-tos are avocado, walnuts, cucumbers, and radishes over a bed of fresh mixed lettuces.

Once the peaches are grilled to perfection, add them on top of the warm pizza and serve with the 2020 Lula Rosé of Pinot Noir.

Fair warning, this recipe does take some preparation, so make sure you have all the ingredients ahead of time to allow the meat to marinate before you start cooking. We suggest pairing our full-bodied 2018 Lula Cabernet Sauvignon with this dish’s earthy flavors as you toast to dad!
