Being compliant with state laws, Lula Cellars currently ships wine to the following states. Please call us at 707-895-3737 with your shipping questions.
Florida state laws require a tax filing form to be completed within 30 days of receiving your shipment. We will include this form in your shipment, or you may click the link to download a PDF version here.
Orders to Georgia and Michigan require date of birth for both purchaser and recipient. You must fill this information out in your online account and when you place an order.
Orders to Hawaii, Kansas and Wisconsin require date of birth for the recipient. You will be prompted to fill this information out when you place your order.
Adult Signature Requirement
We suggest shipping your order to a business address. State law, as well as U.P.S. policy, requires an adult signature (at least 21 years of age) at the time of delivery for every package of wine. It is the shipper's responsibility to ensure an adult is available to sign for the shipment at delivery.
Shipments will not be delivered under the following circumstances:
• The recipient is not 21 years of age or older or does not have an acceptable form of ID such as a driver's license, passport or birth certificate.
• The recipient shows signs of intoxication.
Wine is shipped via U.P.S., and normally arrives within five business days of placing your order. We track your order and email you approximate delivery date.
Because of wines sensitivity to the temperature variances that can occur during the months June, July, August & September, we generally ship on Mondays to insure delivery by Friday. During periods of high heat (above 85*F) we delay shipping until the weather drops below 85*F. We may, at times, contact customers to consult on overnight shipping or a holding the shipment back to ensure the integrity of their wines. You will receive from us an email confirmation and tracking number when your order has shipped. Please call Customer Service at 707-895-3737 for specific shipping questions.
Orders can be placed through the website or by phone and then picked up at the tasting room. Once your order has been processed, you will be contacted by the winery to confirm your order is ready to pick up. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact us at 707-895-3737.
PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
United States Postal Service regulations restrict us from shipping alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lula Cellars stands behind every wine we make, and your satisfaction is first and foremost to us! If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order and we will arrange to replacement (pending availability) or refund.
